Conscience Cuisine is now a real business and I have to pull up my boot straps and make it a success!
I'm a total newbie to the business game but I'm trying my hardest to adopt a "cautiously optimistic" attitude so I don't get in my own way.
Negativity never did nothin for nobody.
Is Wilmington ready for responsibly planned meal prep and sustainable dinner parties?
I sure hope so, I am literally banking on it!
Conscience Cuisine LLC has been a dream of mine for quite some time, and now it is a reality!!

My mission is to offer hearty, well balanced meals created with quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and bursting with flavor!
My objective is to get people excited about organic and sustainable cuisine.
I craft my menus with environmental well being in mind, as well as the mental and physical health of my clients. I embrace special diets, particularly vegan and vegetarian.
I like to lighten the caloric constituents of recipes by swapping out unhealthy processed foods for fresher choices( never compromising taste ), while lessening the carbon footprint of a meal by using less meat, dairy and prepackaged foods.
I do my part by recycling, composting and choosing organic, whenever possible.
Conscience cuisine is dedicated to making the world a better place, one plate at a time!
